Base on your response on this page , I already did email you about this concern few days ago but didn’t get any email back from you, looks like your dealer doesn’t care about customer, maybe you think customer only purchase 1 car in their whole life and would never buy a different car. The extended warranty was put into my contract without my agreement and it is so hard for you guys to take off i guess. People should be aware of this illegal action.

This was the easiest car buying experience ever.

This was the easiest car buying experience ever. I told Jaylan what I wanted and he made it happen and then some. He and Andre worked everything out to where the car I wanted was at my fingertips. Thank you!!

I can?t express enough how grateful I am for Vladimir Kochubey. He went above and beyond to assist me when my vehicle broke down while I was traveling from out of town. His compassion and genuine interest in helping me resolve an others stressful situation was/is most appreciated. You are fortunate to have him on your team!

My Jim Ellis Chevrolet service advisor was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. She “turned around” my un-friendly experience when I turned up for my maintenance appointment (as a long term Buick owner, servicing my vehicle at that location) at the Buick Service Desk location. My service was moved to the Jim Ellis Chevrolet location without letting me know —-thus (JE Chevrolet) is where I will request future service for my 2015 Buick. —I will request Sonja for my needs.
