The service staff is well informed, and they are extremely courteous They understand why we. bring the car in for service If the mechanic finds something that we are not aware of they always call and explain it and get permission to proceed. We very much appreciate that procedure. Everyone is well informed and that is great. Our go to is Alase and Valadimar They are a real asset to the team.

Great Experience purchasing a car from Jim Ellis Chevrolet. Amanda was very pleasant to work with. She had the vehicle I was interested fueled and ready to drive apon my arrival. The whole process was very easy and enjoyable. I have purchased many cars over the years and this was the best experience. Even the finance portion was painless. Andre made it very smooth and quick. What was supposed to be a simple fix, turned into a week

What was supposed to be a simple fix, turned into a week long waiting game. I understand it takes time to get specific parts ordered, but there was ZERO communication until I had to call 3 times on the 5th day to get an answer. My question is, I bought my vehicle 3 weeks prior to the service knowing that the hatch was messed up. So why wasn’t the part ordered in advance??? Very frustrating but that’s expected when dealing with cad dealerships.
