It was a pleasure to know and work with Amanda. She is amazing and really working for you. She tries her best to make you (as a potential buyer) a happy ending. We planned to buy a car for my son and we do some window shopping on Saturday and end up buying the car within 48hrs. She also takes her time to deliver my car during rush hours. Car cervice exceptional

Made a 7:30am Saturday reservation for standard oil change and multi point inspection. Was out by 9:30. Would highly recommend Jim Ellis.

Very accommodating.

Very accommodating. I was expecting at least a week before the repair began, but it was three days. There was a small glitch when I picked up the car, but it was addressed quickly without additional charge. Car runs like new.
