The dealership is one of the best that I have encountered
The dealership is one of the best that I have encountered in 65 years. I am not excited by the process of car-buying and only buy out of severe necessity, therefore, I have little patience for the techniques often employed by the salesmen at car dealerships. Personally, I prefer not to be bothered. I just want to come in and purchase what I need and expect the dealership to deliver. Mr. Jaylan Jackson delivered for Jim Ellis Chevrolet. He was patient. He promptly answered questions I had about my desired vehicle and kept me apprised of the status of said vehicle. He appeared available 24/7. Unfortunately for him, he had to deal with me for approximately three months, which showed his supreme patience and flexibility in dealing with all type of customers. Additionally, he was willing to come into the dealership on his days off to accommodate my need, which I found to be particularly admirable in Mr. Jackson. Jim Ellis Chevrolet is fortunate to have hired Mr. Jackson. If he is currently not a treasured asset to the dealership, he soon will be if he continues to demonstrate the knowledge, professionalism and patience that he showed me during this transaction. I had an opportunity to purchase this vehicle elsewhere, however, Jaylan's honesty, patience and pleasant attitude were refreshing in comparison to his competition at the other dealership. I stuck with Jim Ellis Chevrolet because of Jaylan and his manager, Denise Silva. Great people and even greater salespersons!!

Go to another Chevy dealer!!
I spent over 3 hrs for an oil change. I?ve tried to call the service manager twice he doesn?t answer and I left a message and I haven?t received a phone call. There is no reason an oil change should take 3 hrs. I heard a customer say when I got there that he had been waiting 2 hrs and 7 mins. I?m not sure what he was getting done but this is absurd.

Catherine Jackson was amazing to work with. Our Suburban transmission went out on New Year’s Eve on our way home to Michigan from Florida. She took care of us and our vehicle in a timely manner. Two weeks later we returned to pick it up and we were in and out in no time. Thank you for everything and we’d definitely come back and recommend Jim Ellis Chevrolet service department.
