Our service lane mangers, Vlad and Elise were courteous and helpful in making our experience very positive. The service director, Dave Theriault, checked on us to make sure we were getting all we needed. The mechanic that worked on our car. Dearre, was very knowledgeable and capable. It was a great experience.

It took a month to get a status on my vehicle.
It took a month to get a status on my vehicle. After which my car was diagnosed. This is unacceptable, especially when I was told two weeks. I did not receive callbacks until I said I was writing the general manager. My car is fine but the customer service is lacking.
