Smooth process we called Leland asked him if he had what we were looking for and he did. The main reason we went with Jim Ellis is that they sell their vehicles for MSRP, none of that Convenience Fee nonsense that other dealers are charging!

Elise and Erik provided excellent customer service. The only thing that would been superb would be to provide a car for duration of recall / warranty service. Elise made up for that by providing LYFT rides
