I dropped off my car at 9:30 one morning and didn’t get

I dropped off my car at 9:30 one morning and didn’t get it back until 12:30 the next afternoon. Very slow, very few updates on what was happening. I needed a tire checked and was told it would be done within 3 hours.

This was the best car buying experience for me.

This was the best car buying experience for me. My salesperson Jaylan was so patient, nice and professional. He helped me find a nice vehicle and he made sure I was satisfied with my choice. Jaylan and the Finance Manager Franchely worked together to make sure I had a good buying experience. I'm so grateful to both of them. They listened to my concerns and made things happen for me. Amanda is an amazing salesperson!

Amanda is an amazing salesperson!! With the current market conditions, we had to wait to get the desired vehicle several months. Amanda kept us informed on the vehicle status and coordinated all required information for an efficient transaction. Amanda was amazing as she explained all the vehicle capabilities and features to my elderly mother. She was patient and repeated numerous steps to ensure my mother understood. I live in Florida but will likely come to Jim Ellis to get my next vehicle from Amanda.
