I was completely pleased with the purchase of my Equinox.

I was completely pleased with the purchase of my Equinox. Amanda was wonderful as was the financial person. Amanda kept us informed on what stage the car was in. She helped us fill out lots of paper work in advanced of coming to the dealer. She was aware that my son was making a trip to Atlanta to help me and needed to return home.

The adviser was very pleasant and courteous.

My experience was great.

My experience was great. The only reason the dealership is not a five star, is because they would not let me test drive the 2021 used Corvette outside of the parking lot. If there was a 4.5-star option, the dealership rating would have been 4.5 stars.

As soon as we walked in, someone was there to greet us and connect us with someone who could assist us in looking at a car we saw on the lot. The building itself is very clean and welcoming.

Scheduled online, received at the center on time, car was inspected and fixed in a matter of hours. Couldn't ask for more, BUT they also arranged a ride for me home and back again. Absolutely fantastic as you might expect from any Jim Ellis experience. :)
