Car service

Charles was wonderful. Did everything it said he would do. He even called me a Lyft to take me home so I would not sit and wait for my repairs to be done. Everyone was so professional during such a time of grief. Thank you again!!

I am not pleased.

I am not pleased. Kept my car for over 2weeks and still didn’t fix the problem and it was over priced. I asked for my car to be diagnosed. I had to keep calling multiple times and reaching out to Charles. I’m was quoted one thing and then after Asking about my car being ready I was told that it was actually something else. Why was this not diagnosed at first. My car Cigna gave at least been detailed when I came to get it. I did tell the young man when I was coming. I wanted to speak with his manager. But I figured I just won’t come back and will NOT be referring anyone to your dealership. I spent over 400 dollars n my car still doing the same thing.
