Long wait and poor tire recommendation
Made appointment for software recall, service light on and new tires that performed well in rain. When arrived was told software expert out, and would have to return. Left car over weekend and then told the tires I ordered would not work for my car. Got the tires they recommended. Car was at the dealer for one week. Raining when I picked up the car and new tires skidded twice while accelerating after stop light. Other repairs were fine.
