EDITED 1 month following purchase- Although my initial experience with Jim Ellis was a good one (locating vehicle that matched my requests, quickly getting paperwork completed) after the purchase I have reached out to them multiple time regarding chips in the paint of the vehicle’s door. I let them know a few days after the purchase that I had noticed them and that they must have happened in transit or on the dealer lot, because they were not my doing. Still have not heard back from anyone. I have also made general inquiries regarding the status of my vehicle registration in order to go to pick-up my tag, yet still have not received a callback. So although I do recommend them in terms of buying a vehicle, you had better make sure that nothing is wrong with the car upon pickup because you won’t get them on the phone after that.

Excellent communication on new Blazer.

Excellent communication on new Blazer. Got stuck when 2022 stopped production but they carried over to 2023 with no problems. Very easy to work with.

S/o to Amanda I had 2 previous salespersons before her. The one who I ordered with who was cool but got fired and the 2nd guy didn’t seem to care if I got the car more so if he had to share the sale. I waited 5 months for this car, idc who sells it. But Amanda B made sure all was well once she got on the case. And to that I thank her!
