The scheduling is poorly managed.

The scheduling is poorly managed. The dealership should have a good idea on the workload ahead of you and schedule within a day or two of when they can start the work, the way it is currently run is they tell you know matter when you schedule you have to drop it off and it will be 4-5 business days before they look at it, that’s absolutely absurd and terrible business practice. I also struggled getting anyone to call me back and give me updates on the process. Extremely dissatisfied! If this is the service Chevrolet and GM offer I will not be purchasing another chevy in the future!

Luis Valdez was my adviser and he literally took care of me. I highly appreciate how he took care of me and made sure the problem was fix.
