You WOW me!

I am blown away by the customer service at Jim Ellis Chevrolet. Starting with Gloria who followed up with me to get me in the showroom. Ron was amazing as my salesman, he even came to make sure little things were taking care of for me when his son was in the hospital! I really wish he hadn't but that was his heart, for the customer. You have an amazing sales representative. Andre was the best financial I've had. I truly felt he had my interest at heart. Samuel, your GSM, the man is absolutely brilliant. I marvel at his talents. He is also the ultimate reason why I will be loyal to Jim Ellis. It didn't matter what came up, Sam took care of it. He went over and beyond for me. I've been recommending Jim Ellis to everyone. As a female, I've had bad experiences with every dealership I've ever used in past, to the point I hated buying a car. Now, I can't wait to return to the showroom and experience it again! Thank you for valuing your customers! You have overwhelmed me with your generosity and service. I am yours.

Service Appointment

I was told I was getting my fluids checked and tires rotated along with my oil change, however, upon completion of the service nothing was provided to me showing theses things were completed. My dash board was also reprogrammed. I have always had really good experiences at Jim Ellis so I?m unsatisfied with what happened today.
