Retenza was great! She provided excellent customer service. She made sure I was comfortable during my wait time, provided me a ride so I could get an important errand done & was genuinely pleasant while being extremely professional. She is an asset to the Jim Ellis company. As far as the service of my car, I am very happy. It is running much better and the detailing job makes the interior look new. My first visit for service since purchasing my Corvette C8R last October. Vladimir was my service writer as recommended by my salesman. Courteous and kind. Professional but personable.

Service Feedback

Staff were pleasant and the scheduling process was easy, a simple oil change and alignment took nearly 3.5 hours from when i arrived at my scheduled appt time (9am). It wouldn?t have been as bad of a wait if the facilities were nicer. The coffee machine area looked poor, waiting room wasn?t big enough either.
