Everyone we encountered was extremely outgoing and friendly. They stayed late to help finish our purchase. The purchase process moved along swiftly and efficiently. Oil change tire rotation

Takes too long to get your oil changed. I go there because i bought the maintenance contract when I bought the car. But the cost is in time and inconvenience when there are plenty of oil change places that are open and drive up available. But I?m a captive customer now since I?ve already paid for the service. Wish it were better.

Corvette Service

Took my 2016 corvette for service at Jim Ellis Chevy. My service rep was Loan Pham. She provided quality customer service and responded to all my inquiries in a timely manner. I look forward to working with her in the future. Would like to have had my car issues diagnosis a bit faster but there were several cars ahead of me so I think the wait was understandable.
