Above and Beyond

I took our Tahoe in for its yearly service. We planned on it only taking about two hours, but when it went way over time and I had to get home to my children, they arranged for a Lyft to take me back home (even though we live outside of the allowed mileage for that service). When it was time to retrieve the car the next day, the matched the Lyft service back to the dealership. Upon pick up, we saw that we were treated to a full detailing of car since we needed to spend quite a bit more on repairs and replacements than expected. Everyone was so kind and helped out when and where they could at every turn. They have won our loyalty!
