We loved our experience here!

We loved our experience here! We were able to get a suburban as first time buyers and we are obsessed!! Franchely and Ron really helped us! Especially Franchely, she didn’t stop until we were approved for the truck we wanted and with the down payment we wanted!! Loved there service.. definitely recommended going to Jim Ellis for your next car!

Made Monday am appointment. Evaluation of issue not provided for oDAYS. My vehicle is a 2013 VOLT with only 61k miles. First occasion a check engine light came on & first need for dealership service. Charge: $175 per hr. Eval + labor to install single ?module?..$1,102.50. Part alone:$2,794 AND then?flush of radiator & cooling systems LABOR..$525.00(five hundred twenty five!!). Supply Fee for repair order: (???) $74. Along with ?special ? on wipers & cabin air filter I was given a bill for$4,999.83!!!!!! Top car value $12,000.00. 1st. No idea of outlandish total before vehicle FINALLY finished 6 full days later; 2nd. Cost NOT competitive with other dealerships (ex Maxiprice cost for flush of cooling?$375). 3rd. How many customers are able to leave a vehicle 6 entire days???? Had I not had access to other transport. rental would easily add $3-400 more to bloated & outlandish charges. The sole good experience was service advisor but, there again costs ?shock the conscience? Conclusion: I would never consider purchase of a vehicle from this dealer. All vehicles will eventually require visit to service department. Jim Ellis charges EXORBITANT fees. Needing an emission sticker I was in a bind. LIVE & LEARN

Bad repairs

Bought my 2022 suburban 3 months ago. Got problems with my touch screen. The next day I got problems with the USB port. Waited 2 weeks to get it to work. I got the oil changed the same day. When I get my truck back, Engine Oil was smiling all over in my truck. I decided to trade the car back to the dealer. Too much problems with this 1 car. Enough was enough for me at this point.
