I waited 2 hours and 30 minutes for just engine oil
I waited 2 hours and 30 minutes for just engine oil change even though I made an appointment before. Also oil change price went up 20 dollar.

My service advisor, Charles, was excellent. Understood my issues and got them addressed. Service guys took good care of my C8 and got it back to me on schedule. I was happy with the whole experience.

Tailgate extender purchase
My friend purchased a tailgate extender for my 2022 Silverado. She called your parts department to order. She was not told that installation was extra. I certainly understand that it should cost extra. I was charged $300 to install. I asked if I could get a break on the cost since it was bought from your dealership and I know that it is not that much when you originally buy and request installation. I was told it would take 1 1/2 hours after 2 1/2 hours I was told the delay was because they had to bore more than 2 holes?? By the way, I did have an appointment.
