I have always taken my Diesel pickup truck to Jim Ellis

I have always taken my Diesel pickup truck to Jim Ellis since 2015. Great service, good customer service. I had some issues a couple of times over the years, but they always take care of my issues.

Awful.

Awful. 3 hours for oil change with appointment. Cost was 70% more expense than California Chevy dealerships.

Car was returned and they couldn’t even bother to vacuum

Car was returned and they couldn’t even bother to vacuum the drivers side, mention they broke my trunk but didn’t tell me until pick up, over priced and low quality service!
