Saved our vacation
We loaded up the car to take our Tahoe on a holiday road trip and had a dead battery and electrical malfunction. Vladimir helped us with roadside assistance and a tow to Jim Ellis. They quickly identified the problem fixed it and got us in the road within hours. So glad we have such great people and Service like Vladimir and Jim Ellis!

Excellent service experience

I have had a lot of cars with several dealerships but never received the level of service that I have had today by Retanza Grier. She was very attentive and made the 5 hour wait easy. She consistently checked with me and offered additional assistance. Very well done!!
