Excellent

I had my water pump go bad on my 2013 Malibu. It broke down on me in Beltsville Md. The closest Dealer was yours in Laurel.Not the dealership that I bought the car from , but that didn't matter to Phil in the Service Dept.He treated me like a regular customer and a friend. Explained to me the problem and that they wouldn't be able to fix it till the next day.Got me a rental car and I was on my way back home.Called me that next day .I was very expressed with the way he treated me and I noticed he was the same with all the customers Thanks again to Phil he made my visit to your Dealership a very pleasant experience. Great Experience

I typically have purchased a new car every two years over the past 15 years and I must say I received the best deal I have ever had. The Auto Nation Family was a great partner in my purchase. Professional, Personal and really worked with me on structuring a deal that would work for me. I am new to the Chevy Family and have had a great welcome. I love my Traverse and plan to end my two year swap. Thanks and kudos to Ray Gapes the sellsman to see.

Great Experience!

Great service department!

I broke down on the highway late at night and had my truck towed to Autonation, the closest dealer to me at the time. The next morning, the service advisor, Dmitri, called me at 7:30 to discuss the vehicle. By 8:00 a.m., I had another call from him detailing what was wrong, the cost, and when it would be ready. I called around to other shops and compared the price and was surprised that the dealer was lower for a tune up than other shops. I received a call at noon and was able to pick up my truck, and it is running great! I will be a repeat customer because of the great service and pricing.

Clean and Friendly People : )

I had a very good experience with this dealer. One thing I hate about buying a car is being pressured, I didn't have that experience here. My salesman was Kyle Egert I hope I spelled it right he was very helpful I was also worried that my credit was bad and I won't be able to get a car that I wanted. They worked it out somehow, I'm so greatful to everyone that made it possible also got low interest rate for which I'm really very surprised. Thank you GM for giving me a chance, I bought Chevrolet Sonic for my daughter and she is loving it and I became a super mom!! Woohoo! The place is clean and people are great! Thank you again especially to Kyle Egert for checking how we are enjoying the car and to see if we have any questions and if there is anything else that he can help us with about the car. I thought that was very nice. Thank You!!

Excellent and smooth transaction.

My husband and I, found not only the right color, model, but a great customer service and courteous attention by Raymond Grapes, seller man of AutoNation. He was pretty professional and help out us to keep a great deal. We are pretty happy with our new Buik Encore 2015.

Great and prfessional Customer Service.

Finally... after a few weeks looking for a new Buick Encore my husband and I, found not only the right color, model, but a great customer service and courteous attention by Raymond Grapes, seller man of AutoNation.
