great service

Auto nation went out of they're way to make sure I was choosing the best vehicle to fit my needs. They went well beyond what I've experienced from past dealerships. Financially I knew what monthly payment would be approximately before going into the finance office and being suprised. Excellent staff at Autonation

New facilities are very customer frendly.

My advisor, Tim P. , is my go-to person. I find him knowedgable, friendly, and courteous. My last visit went without a hitch.

The Best Dealership in Laurel, Maryland

I received a phone call from the General Manager Mr. David Coyne and during that phone call , Mr. Coyne as with all other dealership managers insisted that he would give me the best pricing , the best trade value for my trade , and the best purchasing experience then any other dealership in my area. He told me to visit the dealership and meet with a Salesman by the name of Antoine Martin to work out a deal that would be pleasing to me ; Mr. Coyne guaranteed . Of course, constantly hearing that same line over and over from every dealership I was a bit reluctant to travel to Laurel Maryland to this dealership but there was something about Mr. Coynes' conversation and the tone of his voice rather compelled me to at least check out the dealership and I'm glad I did . Upon arrival , I was greeted with nothing but hospitality and professionalism from the front door, a meet and greet with Mr. David Coyne himself , to the salesman's desk , up to the time the deal was sealed !! I have to say , " It was the most enjoyable , friendly , and honest automobile purchasing experience I have had in a very very long time . So again , I want to thank Mr. David Coyne, General Sales Manager for delivering true integrity and demanding the utmost of respect and hospitality from his dealership to the customer; And thanks for my Sierra 1500 !!! Power Steering replacement and ignition key

The staff Tony was very warm and helpful. He makes sure he paid attention on our concern and respond effectively by working closely with staffs workers. Laurel definitely is a very wonderful experience for me.

Great service

First time with Demetri, but long time customer of 15 years. Quick check in and a ride home within 10 minutes. Then I got a ride back from the courtesy shuttle when my Equinox was ready from getting new tires.

Purchase a new vehicle

Considering the time of the year when I decided to purchase my daughter's vehicle, that was the shortest time I've ever been in a dealership. I was offered the best offers based on my daughter's needs. I'm extremely happy with the service me and my wife received the day we came in. Great Experience

I used the car buying service from my credit union to choose the car I wanted on a Thursday night. I knew exactly what I wanted becuase I've been looking at the car on the chevy.com web site for a long time. As soon as I clicked on the send button, my phone rang and it was AutoNation in Laurel. I was told they did not have the exact car with the color scheme I wanted but they were sure they could find it at one of their partner dealerships. I went the next day after work and Derek found my car in Delaware. The car was transported to Laurel on Monday and Tuesday after work I went for a test drive. They found the exact car with all the perks I wanted and the right colors. I did not have to compromise at all. I thought for sure I would have to give something up this late in the year. I wanted a manual transmission in a Cruze 2LT, and I wanted it in Blue with a black interior. The car had all the options I wanted and it only had 5 miles on the odometer. The service was fantastic, I cannot recommend Laurel AutoNation enough. We are a Chevy Family and you can bet we will continue to buy from AutoNation. In addition Lisa found a better loan than the one I had from my credit union by .5%.

Great service

I took my car in for recall service of a brake lamp malfunction and they did a great job,I was completely happy with the job done!and the staff there are very nice people especially Susan Hartlove the service consultant that took care of me that day.

MY Dream Car!

I searched for months online and at a few dealerships for the perfect used car. I had a budget, but still wanted as many "bells and whistles" as I could get. My husband and I went to AutoNation because they had a car online that was close to what I really wanted. It turned out to be not a good match but Earl searched the inventory of all their dealerships. He found my dream car, with all the accessories I wanted in the color I wanted. He drove to the dealership in White Marsh, picked up my car and 2 hours later I was driving home a very happy woman.

Wonderful !!!

I had such a wonderful experience the day I pulled into Autonation in Laurel. I was greeted as soon as I drove up. I was met by a very courteous man and I was sent to Phillip and he took care of everything. It was the day before Thanksgiving and I needed to finish shopping, forecast was snow, I didn't know what I was going to do but Phillip and his peers came through for me. I got a loaner , it was awesome. I will always remember the kindness and professional courtesy. Thank you Autonation
