Very efficient service department

I bought my 2013 Silverado from Foxx new . Now it has 10.000 miles I've taken my truck for service twice (oil change tire rotation). Tim Parme is the man that has been taken care of my truck. Very courteous and prompt. No complaints.

Great Dealership!!!

I could not be more impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff at this dealership. I worked with Kyle Englert and he made the whole process enjoyable and focused on making my purchase a pleasant one. Having just purchased on vehicle for my with less than two months back from another dealer (Apple Ford), I can tell you hands down your dealerships staff was far superior. I will certainly look to use AutoNation in the future.

Bought my new 2014 Camaro

I worked with Cindy. She greeted us as soon as we got there and stayed with us for every part of the buying process. She has continued to follow up by phone and email. She is the best! I would recommend her since she is knowledgable and attentive. She gave me a great deal on my 2014 red Camaro.

Finally- a great buying experience

If you need a new vehicle I would highly recommend stopping in and seeing Mrs. Cindy Shaughnessy. If you have to wait for her, do so. She will treat you with respect and will make sure you receive a vehicle that meets your needs in a no pressure and professional manner. Best car buying experience I have had ever. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Mrs. Shaughnessy again.

Impressed with the AutoNation Customer Service

I just purchased a Chevy Traverse from AutoNation this Friday. I considered trading in my Honda Oddesy for a Hoonda Pilot and was skeptical about getting an American car. My husband encouraged me to take a second look at American cars. I was very pleased with the Chevy Traverse because it was an SUV with the same space as a van. The professionalism and commitment Jerry Butcher and his team provided was 5 star customer service. Their staff is well experienced and fully understand the process of working with DMV, finance documentation and the features of all of their vehicles. I am very happy with my new car and I enjoyed the experience of doing business with Autonation. Thanks Jerry and to your team for making my car purchase such an easy process.
