IT Project Manager
I purchased a 2008 Buick Enclave a few years ago. Part of my enjoyment of owning of this excellent family vehicle can be contributed to my experiences with the service department at Fox Buick GMC. The staff is very friendly, helpful and quite knowledgeable. Fortunately, I've needed service only a few times. But each time, my truck was serviced properly, timely and at very reasonable cost (post warranty). As a self-professed car guy, I've owned over 30 vehicles in my day and have a myriad of service experiences from plush to absolutely shady. All that said, I'd readily recommend this Fox dealership to anyone that I know.

The Laurel GMC/Buick dealership was amazing! They did a fantastic job of listening to what I wanted and what I could afford and were able to find the perfect car! The process was quick and easy and they went above and beyond with the customer service aspect of it. Very friendly and helpful!

Outstanding Treatment and Service
I was treated in a very professional and courteous manner. The Service Adviser knew in advance which maintenance services my vehicle needed and ensured the technician checked out additional concerns I had with the vehicle's performance. All problems with the vehicle were properly corrected in a very efficient manner.

Best Experience EVER!!!
I entered Fox with deep reservations. There is no way with my credit situation I would be approved! I just went because Cindy was the most positive, personable and persistent of all the dealership reps. to make contact. I was pleasantly greeted by staff which was very welcoming. Cindy was ready. She had done her research and was waiting with keys. When I told her I couldn't afford the monthly payments, she again reviewed the available options, persevering even after I lost hope and got up to leave. The financial guru, Michelle, she was working with was of like mind, and I left FOX with a 2013 Chevy, all my own! This is my third new car purchase. It has been the very best experience.

I'd never had any dealings with Fox in Laurel, Md. before...
I'd never had any dealings with Fox in Laurel, Md. before and decided to give them a try. The initial meeting was arranged via intenet with a discount coupon offered as an incentive on top of any negotiated deal, by the sales manager. The intial contact with the salesman, Dwyne Shoemaker was pleasant enough. He knows his product and even offered to have 2 customers call me with testimonials on a Chevy Volt, the car we wanted. Later that week, I brought in my wife, we signed many papers and the Volt we wanted was to be obtained "off of their other lot" and prepped. I got a call stating that our reserved car had been sold to another, but another one was located. (it too was sold to another we were later told) I believe that buying a car should be fun, slowly all of the "fun" is draining out of this deal. We were offered another 3rd car that they'd bring in but it was totally the wrong car in the wrong color. Later that evening, Medley the sales manager called to say that they'd located a car exactly as we wanted but it could be shipped only if we'd agree to pay the frieght. I thought that this was outrageous in light of the fact that Fox screwed up twice. I'd figured they'd just rectify a bad situation but I was wrong with these folks. I told them to keep looking. I had to call the sales manager, Riley to find out what was going on a few days later as I had absolutely no contact. I was promised that they'd get right back to me and also refund the Mastercard rebate redemption they'd taken. This refund took my new dealer and many calls from me to reinstate. I am disappointed with Fox. Don't they care about their reputation and word of mouth?, guess not. QR

Not A Fox Laurel Fan!
Although I had heard that they did not have a good reputation and had poor customer service, I looked at several cars at Fox Chevrolet Laurel and test drove two vehicles, thinking that I would "give them a chance". I was enticed into the dealership with a high verbal bid on our trade. When we got there, they came in over $5K under what they had previously stated and then started deducting their RIDICULOUS fees from that total. They tried to deduct $450 for an inspection (for them to sell my trade), and $500 for reconditioning - my car was in EXCELLENT shape and a highly desirable vehicle!!! The finance manager at this dealership, Scott, was HORRIFIC to deal with, and he left you the impression that he thought that he was better and much more clever than all of the lowly customers that he deals with. Our original salesperson was busy with other customers and did not attend to us at all. The assigned salesperson, Pete Ross, was lacking knowledge and unable to answer 99% of questions. The sales team did the typical parade of people stopping by to talk to us - instead of this helping, it just made the experience worse. They would not readily return my keys after the evaluation of my trade - I had to insist to get them back to be able to go to my car. After I left the dealership, they called me back later with a significant bump to my trade. However, they still had all types of unreasonable and unnecessary fees on the deal. When I asked them to remove them, they did so and did not lower the price of the car further. Instead, the adjusted payment estimate went up by over $20! I was then called by the "new" manager, Riley Ledden, who stated that they had just turned over some of the staff and he asked me to come back in and give them a chance. I called them prior to me coming in, and I was told "this is the payment that we already told you the last time that you were here". I then called Mr. Ledden, and he was busy and pushed us off and did not deal with us again. WHAT AN UNPROFESSIONAL, UNTRUSTWORTHY TEAM!!! Don't trust these folks - go elsewhere - there are many other great Chevrolet dealerships across Baltimore.

2012 Grand Sport Corvette
Took forever to get the paperwork completed. Poor service in back office my new tags ended up in the yard 3 houses down from my house. Will not be buying from Fox again.
