Great experience at Cross Jeep working with David Figg. My deal consisted of a purchase with trade in - all from out of state - and David made every step quick and easy. He made sure I understood the whole process from start to finish. He was available and responsive when I had questions and took care of so many details, including making the car available for a pre-purchase inspection and setting me up with car shipping in both directions. When my car arrived it was everything he promised it would be. David's enthusiasm for my purchase also added a lot of enjoyment to the process. Very highly recommend! Jim Anderson

So very pleased with my experience through Cross Motors. I ordered my jeep and as soon as it came in I knew it had been thoroughly inspected by one of their best techs. Then having Chris Gabehart help walk me through the financing and paperwork making sure that I understood everything. BJ Cornell helped show me the ins and outs of my jeep with my tutorial and getting me set up for all the services that come along with the jeep. This was my second time purchasing a vehicle from Cross and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.
