Out of state purchase and delivery was seamless and easy. Mark was always available before and after sale. He knew the process/thoughts of someone buying thru the internet and calmed all nerves. Answered even the most simple or ridiculous questions with promptness and accuracy. Car had NO defects that he did not disclose. When I need my next car, I will be calling him first. Thanks Mark!

I recently purchased my third vehicle with Cross.
I recently purchased my third vehicle with Cross. I have been driving Jeep Grand Cherokees for a few years but had been wanting a Wrangler. I texted my salesman to tell him what I was interested in but he was not going to be in the day I was taking my Jeep in for service. He did give me his sales associate, Shawn Lopes' information and I reached out to him. The two Wranglers I originally test drive were not quite in my budget and not exactly what I wanted so I did not make a purchase that day. However, Shawn kept looking for me. Finally we found one that I really wanted and He and James in finance were able to make it happen for me. I will totally purchase from them again and definitely will recommend them to anyone. Their service team is amazing as well. I have dealt with a couple of other Jeep dealerships but Cross is by far the best!

We all have enough pressure and stress in our daily lives, we don’t need it when buying or trading a car. My experience was the best I’ve had and this makes my ninth corvette. Low key, and they know all about the car. I think my blood pressure actually went down during the time I was at the dealership. I believe they honestly care about their customer, I was very pleased.
