My family (husband and 2 sons) have been into Jeeps since the early 90’s. My husband had 4 Wranglers in a row. Both sons have had two Jeeps and both currently have one. I though never had one. It was time to replace my Lincoln, they both suggested a Jeep Grand Cherokee. One took me to Cross to look. They had a cool black on black. Shawn, our sells man, Was friendly and easy to talk to. He explained all the special features to me and invited my son and I to test drive it . I did , I knew in less than a mile I wanted it. (Just like my first car, an AMX) Shawn was waiting for our us when we returned. We settled on a price, He explained that they would detail it and replace the tires ( I am not the first owner) Through out the whole experience Shawn was friendly and respectful. I’m in love with MY JEEP ! You should think about getting one !
