I got my dream car today thanks to Cross Jeep!!! I was searching for a Jeep Gladiator Mojave in Florida for my custom build out, when my dream car (already built out) popped up in a search located in Kentucky at Cross Jeep Chrysler. Too good to be true! I had to check to see if it was available. I dropped a note and shortly thereafter got a call from Mark Yates. Mark was terrific and I was planning to drive up to see the car, but unfortunately, due to leg surgery, was unable to make the long drive :( . I was going to give up. But, against my normal judgement, and only because Mark went way above and beyond showing me the car's records, inspections, photos, videos and face-time tours of every nook, cranny and detail, I decided to buy the car sight unseen. Not only that, but Mark and his business manager Matt made me a terrific offer on my trade in and helped coordinate all the shipping! Unbelievably, above and beyond, in professional, courteous, and honest customer service. The car arrived today and was even better than what I expected. Thank you Mark Yates, for going the extra mile for me and making a complicated transaction so easy. And thanks to Cross management for hiring and managing a great professional team. Just wish we had you guys in Florida. Sincerely!
