Mark Yates is a great product specialist! No pressure and knew every in and out of the Jeep Gladiator I test drove and purchased! He was very responsive to questions even on his day off! Everyone from James in the business office, the sales managers Chris and Austin, Kevin and Tyler in the service department all were professional, helpful, and knowledgeable! Will be more then happy to continue to do business with Cross Jeep in the future!

Darryl and Ben were awesome! Super down to earth and easy to work with. They walked me through multiple vehicles until I found the one I wanted. This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from Cross. They have a great selection, are constantly updating their inventory and definitely know the Jeep brand. great customer service and great to deal with! Once I found the vehicle I wanted I met with James to go over financials. He walked through everything from submitting my application, to various warranties offered. Once everything was decided he submitted and walked through the forms needed to be signed. Front start to finish everyone at Cross was very personable and easy to work with.
