The service experience was quick and efficient
Drew Craig my service rep was friendly and helpful, keeping me informed throughout the entire process. The waiting area was comfortable and well appointed. The service itself was quicker than my experience with other dealerships in the past. My only negative is that the car was not washed which has been common practice with past vehicles.

Withholding car fax information
When I purchased my 2015 Honda Accord I was told a car fax was done but it want reviewed with me at that tune of purchase. There were two prior accidents that were not disclosed. I found this out when I decided to trade it in. I’ve contacted holler Honda and they didn’t give me any reason other tha. We don’t sell cars with a prior two accident report. Do. They lied to me. I was a Irma Hurricane victim who lost everything I mean everything and I feel betrayed to say the least. I’m not happy with Holler Honda
