Purchased a new Odessey minivan
Tommy (TL) Dancey was our sales representative throughout our test drives, decision process and the final purchase of the van. She showed great patience with us from the first time we talked about our plans to test drive various Honda and non Honda vehicles. She listened to our desired features and answered our many questions very clearly and completely. When we returned to the dealership a coupled times over the last four months we always asked for her. She is the best! During the actual purchase process she explained the steps and clearly had our interests in mind. She stayed late to help us complete the transition from our old vehicle to the new one. TL is a great sales person. During our search for a new vehicle we visited multiple other brands and dealerships. TL is the best of all the many Sales representatives at any of the dealers we visited. Holler Honda
This dealer took the time to review an issue I had and send it in for a warranty fix when all other dealers in the area refused. Honda approved the part and fix and I was able to have the problem taken care of. This dealer is more professional and has a quicker service than any other Honda dealer I’ve been to. I highly recommend them as I drive nearly 30 minutes to see them over others

Broken gearshift knob fixed immediately!
Dane Thompson saw that I was looking for a service rep, and immediately took me in to see what the problem was. The gearshift knob had fallen off of my 2017 CR-V. I was thinking I would need to buy one, and had even looked at a video on how to put it on. But he explained that it was still under warranty, and fixed it within the hour. Actually he didn’t fix it, I don’t know who did, but he promised he would be done within the hour, and it was! I’ve always gotten great service at this place. Plus they have coffee or cocoa or tea and usually something to eat as well.

Outstanding
I took our 2010 Honda Pilot in for regular service and the service consultant Manny Vando provided excellent service. He was very through in keeping me posted on the service being provided. I will definitely return for service and ask for Manny Mando when I call for an appointment.

Great Experience
I would highly recommend Peter Tran. It was my first time buying a car, and he made the whole process easy and simple. He’s very knowledgeable, and he can explain things in a simple format. He’s also very patient with you which is a very good trait. Especially for first time car buyers who are just learning and exploring their options.
