Excellent Customer Service
I've gone here several times now for routine maintenance on my 2012 CRV. Miguel is always kind and gets straight to the point, which I appreciate. Prices are reasonable and they never try to upsale unless it's absolutely necessary. I'll be going here as long as I live in Orlando!

Very very worst experience I ever met .
I went there for changing my flat tire. I had warranty for my tires. They said if it's a minor problem they can do patch other wise replace the tire . I said I have warranty then the service manager said i would need to pay for installation fee. I said I did change my warentied tire with no charge couple of months back. Somehow after some time they said it needs two patches. I came there @ 11.45 .they said it can be done in 35 mins. After sometime they said my car having a problem sensor is broken by tech mistake and they said they will replace without any cost.while I was waiting then they said u need to replace the bearing I said I did replace it couple of months back then they checked and then then my cars wheel nut is tight so they need to cut and replace my bearing . I was so disappointed that time. Then after some time one guy come and tell they will fix it without any cost . Then after some time service manager came no you need to $575 . Then I said just fix my car. I got my car back 4 .00 pm. I am not recommending anybody to go there for servicing they will take your money if you have warranty they need money so they make problems.

Great Service
I found Holler Honda on the internet while visiting Florida from New Jersey when I had a transmission problem and basically no way to return home. Went to Holler and Luis Rollendo quickly had it checked and found the transmission module was bad and provided me a loaner therefore saving my holiday vacation. Repairs were made when Burns Honda from couldn’t find the problem even after 5 attempts, highly recommend this dealer and thank you Luis.

Great Amservice Experience At Holler Honda
Brought my Fit Sport in for warranty work. My service advisor, Alberto Jimenez was helpful, courteous & efficient. The problem was corrected by the next day and I was given a loaner in the interim. Because if Alberto, I will be back to Holler Honda.
