In our auto buying experiences we have never quite had a more enjoyable time of getting to know our new friend / salesmen John.He made our visit curiously fun and entertaining as we completed our transaction. A true pleasure to deal with and a good guy to boot.A man of his word! We will definitely return to John in the future as well as Jeff Wyler Cadillac.

I can tell you this is my 4th vehicle purchased and one of the services I have ever had. I felt like Duke was fighting for us. He was very kind. The car was cleaned and ready for me when the papers were signed. Everything in the vehicle was explained to the fullest. If every dealership had an employee like Duke who works for you to get the vehicle that is right for you then I think more vehicles would be sold. Again, I would recommend Duke to the fullest to anyone and everyone I talk to. I have 3 children that will be driving eventually and this is exactly where we will be going. My name is Adam, and I am writing this review because I am thoroughly satisfied and impressed with my experience at Jeff Wyler kia, Fairfield location. Going into buying my first car on my own at the age of 21, I was very nervous, and I didn't even know where to start. Duke Hilsercop, and the rest of the guys at Jeff Wyler, were a wealth of knowledge, and really helped me in making the right decisions and sent me on my way with the car I had wanted since I was in highschool, a kia soul (the green one). I highly recommend this location and the guys who helped me were top notch. Thanks guys!!

I have been using Jeff Wyler service for over 15 years now for various new cars I have leased there. The service level has been nothing less than excellent. Always friendly and they get you in and out as quickly as possible. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I recently bought a Nissan Maxima. I have to say that this is the best dealership that i have ever been to. The people that work here are very professional and friendly. If you need to get a car i recommend you to ask for Rick Brock. He went above and beyond and made my experience a great one.

We visited Jeff Wyler for the first time today. First we looked at their website and found a car we would like to look at. We called to see if the car was still on the lot and talked to a salesman named John Reed. We met with John Reed today and he was very professional. He would not steer you in the wrong direction. I would highly recommend Jeff Wyler and I would also highly recommend John Reed as well. He even went out to help prep the car for us to take home, including doing some window washing.

Today has turned out to be the best day of my life!!!!! I came to Jeff Wyler looking to buy a used truck and was greeted by the sweetest and most outgoing salesman I have ever met, Duke Hilsercop. Unfortunately I was in an accident with my previous truck and was in desperate need for a new vehicle, and even though rushed, Duke was able to help me find the truck of my dreams!! He was very kind and understanding of my situation and helped me relax knowing I had a trustworthy salesman working for me. He called to another Wyler dealership that my dream truck was located and was able to obtain all the information I could ask for on it, then helped me work the numbers to fit comfortably into my budget. Then Duke proceeded to take the time out of his day to drive all the way to Columbus and bring the truck back to Fairfield for me. He impressed me every step of the way threw the entire process. Duke made sure they detailed the truck, and had it looking brand new by the time I had completed my paperwork. Duke is an amazing person and salesman, I am thankful to have had the pleasure of working with Duke and will absolutely recommend anyone I know that is in the market to see Duke!! Thank you so much for all your help Duke, I LOVE my new truck!!!
