On Oct. 5,2013 I went to Jeff Wyler Fairfield to purchase a new vehicle for my retirement. I had spoken with John Reed on the phone that morning about pre-qualifying for financing. So when I got to the dealership I asked for him. I was nervous about making this big decision on my own for the first time, knowing that I would have this car for a long time. John put me at ease immediately. After deciding what I didn't want, he set out to find me the vehicle that met my needs. I decided on a silver 2014 Forte since there were no Rio models in a color I liked. We put in the deal for approval, when he returned, he said I have good news and better news. While waiting for the approval he took the time to walk to back side of the lot, where he found a Rio in a color I had wanted and also another Forte in a beautiful blue color. I ended up getting the blue Forte. If he had not been willing to go the extra mile I would have gotten a car I was happy with, instead of one I am thrilled about. This is the second vehicle purchased from Jeff Wyler Fairfield. My 2003 Kia Spectra came full circle after giving me 10 years of dependable service. I would highly recommend both Jeff Wyler KIA and especially John Reed.

Bernard Caldwell was very professional, likable, funny and made my experience at Jeff Wyler a very pleasant one. The Kia I purchased was a used vehicle that I feel I got a good deal on with only my trade-in as a down payment. Thank you so much. Della C. Howard

Very Disappoinred

I was lured to the dealership by a mailing that seemed to offer great trade-in value for our 2009 Murano. Over the next three hour eriod we were politely and gently manipulated until, tired and hungry, we ended up accepting far less for our trade-in than we ever intended and buying a model of Rogue with far less in the way of options than what we were looking for. When we got home, we woke up to what had happened. It was late on a Saturday afternoon, the dealership was closed on Sunday; so, on Monday morning I took the new car back claiming my right to have three days to change my mind. I was told that right did not apply, that I had bought the car and it was mine and would not be accepted back, and that my trade-in Murano had already been moved to a wholesaler (even without the title!). I will never go to a Jeff Wyler franchise for a car purchase again, nor will I recommend thm to anyone.

expert knowledge and courteous sales department

I bought a Cadillac ATS from Brad at Jeff Wyler Cadillac in Fairfield Ohio. I used Cars.com to locate the vehicle that I was interested in, sent an email request for info. Brad sent a return email shortly after even though it was 9:00 at night. I made an appointment to go in and talk with him and see the car. This dealership was up to date and clean with all of the new amenities. My salesman was Brad Childers and my buying experience was like no other then I had experienced in the past. I would give this dealership an A+++ rating.

On Tuesday Oct. 1st my sons went to Jeff Wyler to find a...

On Tuesday Oct. 1st my sons went to Jeff Wyler to find a Nissan Altima for me. Immediately when they arrived they spotted a car on the lot that they thought I would like. John Reed approached them and offered his assistance. After they arrived at a fair purchase price my sons called me to come up and test drive the car. It was perfect and exactly what I wanted. We proceeded into the show room to close the deal. John was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He has a wonderful sense of humor and yet is very professional. When I came to pick it up he patiently went over all the instructions of how to operate everything in the car. Even set up my bluetooth for my cell phone. I would definitely recommend John Reed & Jeff Wyler dealership if you are in the market for a car!

On Monday September 23rd,my daughter leased a 2013 Cadillac ATS.She came home excited about her purchase but more importantly she talked about her sales consultant John Reed. This was her first "adult purchase". Mr. Reed walked her through the process and was very professional with her.During the course of conversation she mentioned that her parents were in the market for a newer mini-van. Mr.Reed called me on Tuesday to ask what I was looking for and what kind of payment I wanted. On Wednesday he called to say that he had two vans in stock that would fit our needs.On Thursday,three days after our daughter made her purchase we also made a purchase. Mr.Reed was straight forward with us and made it happen.He is an asset to your organization. The auto selling industry needs more consultants like John Reed.We will be telling all our family and friends . who have auto needs to work with John Reed. Angela &Gregory Orso
