My husband and I were looking for a new car, not...

My husband and I were looking for a new car, not nessarily a Cadillac but a car. We stopped at Jeff Wyler Cadillac on Rt. 4 in Fairfield and had the pleasure of meeting Harold McPeek. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. There was absolutely no pressure and we fell in love with the 2012 Cadillac SRX that we test drove. We traded in our car for the Cadillac and we love the car. We will keep this dealership and Harold McPeek in mind for our next car purchase. Love my Cadillac SRX and couldn't be happier.

I love my new 2013 Kia Sportage. I had trouble with my credit rating and decide to try a credit union. I was turned down. But, Tim Green asked me to give him a try and he came through. I got everything I wanted on the car and at a great price! It's so beautiful! Thanks Tim!

I continue to love this dealership. I've been going to Jeff Wyler Nissan for service since my 2nd oil change in 2009... the place I bought the car from turned out to have terrible service! I'll buy from Wyler next time! Jeff Wyler Nissan's service is stellar, their timeliness is brilliant, their customer service by EVERY one I talk to is amazing and helpful, and their prices are most reasonable. For instance, I know on average oil changes cost $20-30 for regular oil, and I know the previous service manager had mentioned they use synthetics. So while Wyler charges on the high end of this regular oil bill, I feel like I'm getting a great deal with the use of the synthetic. I do a lot of city commuting which I know is hard on the car, so I appreciate this touch. A new (at least new to me) service associate helped me yesterday (Jake, I believe) and he was eager and helpful and most welcomed after a challenging day at work. Thanks everyone at Jeff Wyler Fairfield Nissan!

Bought my wife's dream car - Cadillac SRX. Being a Sales Manager for over 10 years I sometimes cringe when I deal with salesmen. Their lack of knowledge, overbearing attitude of just plain rude. Greg Fails is none of those, he is by far the best salesmean I have had the pleasure to deal. Treated the wife and myself as if we were friends. I had one issue with the car after I took it home - brought it to Greg's attention and the issue was taken care of, no questions asked. Thanks Greg!!!

Excellent service, very friendly, no pressure. They got me the exact car I wanted and kept me updated on everything as the car was being ordered and delivered. Getting all the paperwork done was quick and easy.

I am really impressed with the work they done on my...

I am really impressed with the work they done on my vehicle. They did an excellent job. They went above an beyond my expectations. This body shop is the only body shop I will take my cars to. They know what they are doing and they treat their customers with respect. Leanne Rose is an absolute sweetheart she works with her customers. Bob Siegrist does a terrific job at body work and is a very nice man. We just really appreciate all that they have done for us. This is the only people I trust dealing with my vehicles.
