This was our first cadillac experience. We were not let down. Staff was very helpful in our decision and knew everythng about the car. The team was fast to process our deal and we left very excited about our new car.

Great Buying Experience!

After weeks of exploring and test driving different cars at different dealers, we went to Jeff Wyler Fairfield Nissan on a mid-Saturday and drove home that night with a brand new Murano. Kelly B. (Sales Consultant) worked with us as we explored both the Rogue and the Murano, answered all our questions really well, and found the car with the options we wanted that turned out to be a color we hadn't considered previously but we instantly really liked. The buying process was helped tremendously by what we considered fair prices for our trade-ins and a very easy and reasonable negotiation to get to a price that we found attractive. What we liked best about the experience (and we have experienced this at Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence also) is the professional and relaxed environment that the dealership offers. We have walked out of other dealerships because of 'high pressure' and/or the arrogant manners of the sales people. We have never experienced this at a Wyler dealership. Kelly and the rest of the sales team made the overall buying experience really good, and we ended up with a car that we feel great about! Considering we were trading in a Lexus RX300, that says something about the quality of the Murano!

everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful. stopped in to look at the Rogue and ended up driving it home. not the typical "car buying experience". I am very satisfied.

We went in to look at a Kia Soul. However there was a 2012 Cadillac CST with 9000 miles. The staff was great working with us to get the CTS within our budget. They even made a good offer on a trade in even though we didn't have the vehicle at the dealership at the time. The overall experience was top notch, and the follow up after the sale was also very nice.

I went to Jeff Wyler because a friend of mine recommended the Dealership. I originally went there in mind with buying an older model of car such as a 2008 because I never thought that I would be able to get anything newer than that in my budget. When I arrived there Chester Navy greeted me and let me look around the lot for cars with no pressure. He answered all my questions, gave me great advice and showed me cars that fit into the idea of what I wanted. I saw a 2011 Kia Forte that I absolutely loved and told him that I would love that car but I didn't think it was possible with my budget. Within the next 2 days I was able to drive away with my 2011 Kia Forte!! Thank-you so much to Chester Navy and the team there at Jeff Wyler for making that happen for me. You will have a customer for life!!.....and thanks for telling me about the free car washes, because I need them with my white car!!

Chet was a huge help! My husband and I were not planning...

Chet was a huge help! My husband and I were not planning on buying a car that day but look at our best options and see what was out there. We 100% would not have bought a car that day if it was not for Chet. He has made sure since day 1 we were happy and taken care of, including coming into work on his day off to make sure a little scratch on the inside of the door was repaired the way we wanted, and it was. I would def. come back to this dealership and of course requset Chet!

Leanna did a great job of matching the insurance company's estimate with genuine Nissan parts and the completed job was excellent. Leanna always has a pleasant attitude and is always willing to go above the call to satisfy her customers.
