this is the third car Harald McPeek has helped me with. From the first to the last Its been the best experience with a car dealership that I have ever had. Harold McPeek is an unbeliveable salesman, and Jeff Wyler Cadillac is most fortunate to have him as their representative.

I have been leasing cars for over 20 years and this was the best experience with a car dealership that I have ever had. Harold McPeek is an unbeliveable salesman, and Jeff Wyler Cadillac is most fortunate to have him as their representative. How many car salemen would take their day off to deliver my car ? That's exactlyly what Harold did. HE drove to my residence three days in a row (approx 45 min drive) 1st--to show me the car, 2nd--to bring me the car, 3rd--to ride back after the turn in of my old lease car. Harold is such a friendly and easy guy to work with. You feel like he's your best friend after talking with him for 10 minutes. He answered all my questions, and never once did I feel rushed or pressured. If the service department is as good as Harold, this is going to be a great experience. Harold will definitely be recommended to anyone I know looking to buy or lease an automobile.

We had bought a Nissan Rogue in 2009 on a lease and were returning it. We liked the Rogue so much but wanted a little bit bigger SUV with a bigger engine. We chose the Murano and we are very pleased with it. I had communicated with Brad Childers by e-mail and when we went in to the dealer he was very knowledgeable and very personable with us. We told him what we wanted in a Murano and the dealer had one on the lot. We drove it and then sat down to talk about price. We were very pleased with the result and now lease a 2012 Murano. Thanks to all at Jeff Wyler Nissan Fairfield who made this process very easy.

I'm not really sure why I should be required to write a 25 word or more narative, and check list review isn't good enough. The atmosphere was friendly, the show room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. I got I car I like for a very good price.

The customer service here is top notch. Joe Stephens and Danny Davis were very helpful and always responsive to my questions. I truly was not sold on buying a new car but with their help and attention I caved and bought one!

I think from the sales staff to the service department,...
I think from the sales staff to the service department, the employees were friendly and helpful. I was disappointed only in the fact that my car was not washed when I brought it in for my first service experience. Other than that, I did recommend Jeff Wyler to my daughter. She purchased an used car since I leased my Nissan.

I entered the Kia dealership looking to see if I could...
I entered the Kia dealership looking to see if I could get a fair trade on my 2002 Kia Sedona in hopes that I could find a smaller, affordable(new or used)vehicle with improved fuel economy and newer technology. I was greeted by Duke Hilsercop who was extremely helpful, attentive and respectful! Duke made it clear his job was to find me a car I was happy with (and met my requirements of new technology, better fuel economy and affordability). Rather than trying to put me in a vehicle that I was not comfortable with financially, Duke demonstrated a great deal of effort and patience trying to find me a car I was happy to own. After checking out some used vehicles that were very nice and met 2 of my 3 requirements, Duke continued to work with me patiently and found a new vehicle for me that met all of my requirements and more! Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised! I succeeded in getting a decent trade on my 2002 Kia Sedona and drove away in a 2012 Kia Soul! I think Duke said it best when he said, "I think I've found the answer to your prayers!" :)
