My overall experience with the service shop has always...

My overall experience with the service shop has always been great. However, my car (2008 CTS) started making a horrible static sound, that would literally blare through the speakers. The only way to get it to stop was to pull the car over, turn it off, and then restart it. This was both incredibly annoying and dangerous (pulling over on the highway is never fun). The first time I took it in, everything went very well. I was given a loaner and the problem was "solved." Two days later, however, it started again. I called them right away Tuesday morning (8/7). They could not get me in until yesterday (8/13), which meant I had to drive like that for nearly a week. Then, when I arrived yesterday morning, they did not have a loaner car for me, so they had to call Enterprise. Enterprise showed up (45minutes later) with a very small car. This normally would not have been a problem, but I was moving my classroom from one building to another (I'm a teacher) and I needed more room than that. Enterprise did upgrade my rental, but this took even more time. Overall, the ordeal took 1.5 hours. The last time I took it in, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I do not feel that I should have been expected to wait and go through all of that, when I already waited 6 days to get my car in. Furthermore, I was bringing the car in for the exact same problem it was in for just 2 days prior to my call. On top of all that, the electrical problem in my car, caused my GPS (which was plugged into the outlet in the car) to fritz out and now it is no longer working! It was very frustrating. With all of that being said, I must say that the people that work in the service department are very nice, extremely helpful and quite friendly. I do not feel that they are to blame, but I do feel they should have been more organized and prepared.

Ask for Greg Fails! It was great to work with Greg and the entire process was fast and stress free. The customer service I received was outstanding! I felt like I got a great deal for the car I selected. I am enjoying my new car and would definitely work with Greg and Jeff Wyler Fairfield to purchase a vehicle in the future.

The overall experience at Jeff Wyler was second to none. Our salesman was Harold McPeek and he was simply amazing. We have purchased a lot of vehicles in the past and none of the experiences compare to this one. Harold goes way above and beyond and treats his customers with the utmost respect and he actually knows the cars he sells (unlike a lot of salesmen we've had lately). If you are in the market for a new car be sure to go see Harold!

My experience was fabulous!!!! All the team members we worked with were friendly, experienced, and made you feel like you were with family! Most importantly all team members smiled no matter if you were their customer or not - they smiled which to me meant they liked what they do and what company they do it for, therfore that was a huge selling point. If you have happy employees - you will have happy customers - and that is what I wanted to be is a Happy Customer!!! :o) I would strongly recommend Jeff Wyler of Fairfield to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehical!

I came to Jeff Wyler Kia in Fairfield to look for a new...

I came to Jeff Wyler Kia in Fairfield to look for a new car. I really didn't want to deal with the sales people because I am 8 months pregnant and usually they are very pushy. Jose was far from that and is the friendliest salesman that I've ever dealt with. We were very lucky to have him show us the car and get us a great deal that we needed. He knew everything about the car including all of the safety features, which is really important to me seeing as to how I will be carrying precious cargo, and he didn't have to read it from the sticker like they usually do. I had the best experience that I've ever had at a car dealership and I highly recommend going to visit Jose at Jeff Wyler Kia in Fairfield to have the best experience possible. I will be going back there in the future and recommend everyone I know that is looking for a car to go visit him!

Kelly was very patient with my several visits to the dealership as I tried to decide which car was right for me. Once the decisions was made, very little time was required to finalize the deal. They offered what I expected my trade to be valued at. The price was on the new car was good as well. The best part is there was no need to fight back & forth to get these prices. Selwyn explained all the details of the financing & optional warrenties. He was informative, but not pushy. The car was set up & ready to go, including my trial XM & Bluetooth for my phone.
