The two people who greeted me when I brought my vehicle...

The two people who greeted me when I brought my vehicle in for service were wonderful, unfortunately, can't remember their names. Male and Female. They had rental care waiting for me and it was such an easy process. They treated me like i was the only customer of the day. I work in healthcare and customer satisfaction is a huge part of my role and I really appreciate how I was treated each time I was there. Keep up the great work!

Harold McPeek helped me to find the perfect car. This was my very first new car, and I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. He was incredibly helpful, he even walked me through all the features of the vehicle before I left the lot. I would recommend this dealer and dealership to everyone. As a Service Advisor, Delton always goes above and beyond...

As a Service Advisor, Delton always goes above and beyond to ensure I arrive on terms I can manage regarding work vs car needs, and I leave extremely happy. As an organization, Jeff Wyler's service department is the most flexible Nissan service center in the greater Cincinnati area with the most extended hours and the highest ability to accommodate those who can't afford to take off work simply to do preventative maintenance on their vehicle.

I was looking to buy a new Kia Soul. The options were...

I was looking to buy a new Kia Soul. The options were limited around the tri-state area due to the demand on the Souls. Greg continued to watch everything in the area and kept me updated with any options I might have been interested in. Three days after my initial meeting with Greg, I was driving home in a brand new 2012 Soul loaded with more features than I could have hoped for and for a better price than I expected. Jeff Wyler Kia Fairfield has the friendliest, most helpful staff around. I had visited four other dealerships before I bought my car. Jeff Wyler Kia was the first location I went to and ended up being the last. I returned to them after finding that all the other dealerships I had visited fell short on either courtesy, knowledge, negotiations, respect and overall likableness. I have owned a Kia for the past 8 years and I can honestly say that Jeff Wyler Kia Fairfield has the best service department also. They are quick, fairly priced and go above and beyond to help the customer. Thanks Jeff Wyler Kia Fairfield! Thanks Greg!

my experience was relaxing, efficient and very friendly and they stayed right with ya through the whole experience of buying a car i would like..they made you feel at ease and very thurough through explaining everything about the vechicle and how everything works on it...i recommend jeff wyler dealerships to everyone...

I found a truck on Jeff Wylers website so I made an...

I found a truck on Jeff Wylers website so I made an appointment to view the truck. I purchased the truck the same day, Within less than 2oo miles and within a week my check enginelight is on with a misfire. Then with only 600 miles on it since I purchased the truck my service airbag light is on. I called the dealership and since my original salesman was off i talked to another sales manager by the name Bob and was told you bought the truck without a warranty so I was basically out of luck. when I explained to him that I had only had the truck less than a week he basically told me he didn't care. Great customer service after the sale.

Did not plan on walking out with an auto, but found that I got a vry good deal and very happy with my new Sentra. I know it will give me many, many years of good reliable service.
