I had worked with Mr. McPeek before. He has always been honest with me. I was impressed with his caring manner and knowledge of his vehicles. He has very kind and spent ample time with me to show me everything on the new Cadillac and how to work it. The general manager was very efficient in bringing the deal to an emicable closure quickly.

My Husband and I went to Jeff Wyler Kia to Test Drive a New 2012 Kia Sportage. I was thinking of Trading-In my older Sportage because I really liked the New Design of the 2012 Model. We were greeted by Duke Hilsercop, and I was pleasantly surprised with his professional and personal manner. He not only listened to us, but he made us feel comfortable in the way he worked with us to get a good price on the New Sportage and also on my Trade-In. He was probably the Best Car Salesman that we have ever dealt with (and we have dealt with quite a few at different Dealerships). I really love my New Sportage, it is the perfect vehicle for me. I was very happy with my older Sportage too, and I'm glad to see that Kia is striving to improve all of their vehicles each year with their performance, reliability, and design features. I highly recommend going in to Test-Drive a Kia if you are in the market for a New or Used Car of any kind. My experience with our Salesman Duke Hilsercop and the Jeff Wyler Dealership was a very positive one, and that is a rare thing to come by. We bought our second Kia today and it was as great an experience this time as it was in 2006. Our sales person, Greg Fails, was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. We will probably be back for another Kia someday.

Service was good, and on time. People were friendly and courteous. I was completely happy with all of it? I would recommend this dealer to anyone. The car was cleaned and vacuumed when I picked it up. Their shuttle service was good, with virtually no wait.

I recenty. purchased a Kia Sedona. Isaw the Kia dealer on the way to an appointment in Faifield. I stopped in without an appointment. Even so everyone was friendly and took care of my problem in a very timely manner.
