The service people were nice. THE OIL CHANGE AT $40.00 IS VERY HIGH My tail lights were not working and parts were not in stock. Overall my first experience with the dealership was not bad.

Gabriel helped us get our new 2012 Kia Forte. I really love this vehicle. Traded my 2009 Kia Rio 5 in on this and it was a very good choice. I was not very happy with the Rio but the Forte is like driving a Cadillac compared to the Rio. Love the way it handles took it to my son's house in southern Kentucky a 5 hour drive and it handled the mountains and curves wonderful. Matter of fact it was very windy on my way down there and the car did not seem to mind the wind. I was able to make it there on a half tank of gas. With this car being a 13 gallon tank I can get 260 miles on a half tank. I love it..... Thank you Kia Fairfield and Emery Credit Union. I would recommend Jeff Wyler Kia and Gabriel to all my friends and family. My family does not live close to here but I do have some friends. Thank you again and God Bless you all......

I went in to the dealership with no real direction on...
I went in to the dealership with no real direction on what to get. I just moved back to Greater Cincy from New York City. Not having a car and not really being a 'car guy,' I was open to look at a lot of cars. I liked the Altimas, and there were several models on the lot. I met with Harold McPeek, and he was able to show me a lot of new, and very lightly used cars. His knowledge of features, and how they work is impressive. He was able to explain which features existed in the different 'pakages.' After we honed in on some of the things I like in a car, we took a look at specific models that had the things I liked. I ended up getting a 2011 Nissan Altima that was the last 'new' 2011. I couldn't be happier with it!! The ride is fantastic. Oh, on a side note even the paperwork was a painless process. Shane Wilson got me in and out, quickly, and he was able to explain some things about the extended warranties that were interesting. (I decided not to go with them yesterday, but I'm still considering them.) Also Shane explained the process of taxes and registration since I live in KY, but bought in OH. I'm sure he gets asked these things a lot, but he was great about explaining what to do. All in all the team at the Jeff Wyler Cadilac, Nissan, and Kia were all very helpful and great to chat with!

Mr. Duke was and is very professionable while helping me buy a car. Mr. Duke was not only awesome with me but great to my children while we were going through the prosess of buying a new car. Mr.Duke remembered me from 6 months ago when at the time I was unable to buy the car I was wanting, the car I wanted came back to the lot and he called me, to try again.(while this time had past he figured my credit score had gone up) This time I was able to buy the car! (The price was right and he knew it.) ( but really, A car dealership member remember me and my children, after 6 month) that is really something special! Johnnie
