Great Buying Experience!

Perfect salesman (Manny Chua) was helpful, thorough, patient and not pushy. He helped us find a used vehicle that has the rare option we wanted and negotiated a fair price. The financing process was also relatively painless, thanks to an experienced sales manager. The sales was completed in a timely manner---even on a busy day.

I recommend Steven Creek Subaru

Hamed gave good advice and a good deal. Finance man was helpful. All the people I dealt with made for a good experience. I'll be back later this year for a wrx.

On-time service

I like that the dealer matches other service coupons, the people are friendly, and service is completed on-time. A negative is that the parking lot is a bit tight and busy.

Great service

Pleasant waiting area with doughnuts and coffee. Car was ready almost on time. Also got it cleaned. The guy who helped me was very pleasant.

Great, professional service

The service advisor, Troy, was out the door to greet me before I stepped out of the car! He was very friendly, personable +professional. He took the time to walk around my car and look everything over. He was very quick to get me checked in and when everything was done, he reviewed and explained the service results to me. Very impressed and satisfied.
