They were very nice, even washed my car. Just wish they were open for service on Saturdays. Annoying that this survey is requiring a word limit. You're lucky we respond at all.

Quick check in and check out. The service staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the stay open late hours (8:00 pm when reviewed).

short waiting and easy appointment by phone. But online appointment didn't work. Liked the donuts and the coffee machine. The waiting area is too tight.

Great salesperson and facilities.
The salesperson, Manny Chua, was a great in helping me purchasing my vehicle. It was fast and painless. Only the Finance Dept. was a disappointing.
