No pressure, no mysteries, ultimate happiness

I liked the lack of pressure, openness, friendliness, and professionalism of the staff. Communication was a bonus - I always felt fully informed and aware of timelines, facts and costs. The financial process was clear and relaxed. Going over the features of the vehicle and trying them out was done at perfect speed.

Service was Excellant as usual.

I was very satisfied that they performed the service as required. They also fixed my right wheel fender cover the rubber strip cam loose.

Exactly what I needed

I was specifically looking for a new Crosstrek. Given the online search, I was able to confirm that they had a couple of options in stock. The entire process from test drive to purchase was smooth.

Great Staff, good facilities, nice cars.

Hamed was very timely in his email responses. During the trip to the dealership, Hamed was very easy to work with and did not pressure us at all. He presented solutions to the problems we encountered and we left as happy Subaru Outback owners.

Great service

I waited for my car and it only took about 1.5 hours. The time went by quickly. Enjoyed the coffee. Liked being able to use the tables to do work.
