Brought the car in for a recall and when I picked it up,

Brought the car in for a recall and when I picked it up, multiple things were stolen from the car. When it was addressed they said “oh so and so quit last week.” And didn’t do a single thing to fix it.

We understand how upsetting this experience must have been, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration it caused. The service department is impossible to contact.

The service department is impossible to contact. Left voicemails back and forth for a week before finally getting in contact to find out if my car was completed. They completed service on my timing belt (under the hood) and also decided to "inspect" the contents of my center compartment, emptying it. Some items were located in the car, on the floorboards, while others were not. They helped themselves to one of my rear view mirror accessories. When I called to speak with the service manager, I was told they were gone for the weekend and would return the following Monday morning. I waited for 2 weeks with no contact from anyone. I'm extremely disappointed and feel violated. I will not be returning for any further service and will make sure to recommend any other service department so they don't steal anything from anyone I know.
