I went to Bob Smith BMW in Calabasas with my girlfriend, so she could test drive a certified pre-owned BMW. She had previously communicated with Rodger through email and he was able to show her what cars he had at the time that were close to the model/price she wanted. We went on a test drive with Rodger in a 128i. Then we went on another test drive in a 2009 BMW 135i Convertible. During the test drives Rodger answered our questions with very detail oriented responses with information about the cars. My girlfriend was very impressed with the 135i's power and she fell in love with the red leather interior. Rodger treated us really respectfully and even made the extra effort to try and lower the selling price of the car and was able to save my girlfriend money! She bought the car right there on the spot! After filling out all the paperwork Rodger took the time to show my girlfriend all the features of the car and walked her through the BMW idrive navigation/information system. He answered all our questions and put in the extra effort to make sure my girlfriend felt comfortable with the technology in the car.

Just bought my first 5 series BMW at Bob Smith BMW in Calabasas - --- great experience. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, professional sales rep willing to go the extra mile for you -- give Rodger Le a call. I was able to negotiate a great deal over phone, he had the car ready when I showed up and thoroughly presented the features/value add of the BMW 5 series. Also I was offered a fair trade in price for my existing car and I walked out of the dealership feeling very positive about my overall experience. I've purchased several cars over the last 10 years (Mercedes, Acura, Infiniti, etc) and my experience with Rodger Le was top of the list. Robert

We purchased a used CPO 2010 528i and the entire experience was very smooth, quick and went without any hitches. Greg Huber was the Sales rep who went above and beyond and worked with us to make us feel comfortable, was proactive, honest and courteous. In short, he was great to work with. After we agreed on the price, we noticed there was a small dent on one of the wheels, which Greg took it upon himself to get it fixed. he even went to the extent of picking up and deliverying the car to me:-). Great job Greg, and thanks again for all your help. I just hope i do not have to contact you again till I buy my next BMW:-)

I have been bringing my car for normal maintenance...
I have been bringing my car for normal maintenance service for 3 years at this dealer. They are doing fine with these services. Finally I had mechanical problem to the car and they treated me like I never exist. This is the way they serve their customers by ignoring to my call. Finally I brought the issue to Service Manager who took 2 weeks to get back to me after couple emails to remind if she have a chance to look at my issue. Finally they got back to me and they did not take the responsiblity to take care the issue and instead blame to me and other people. My experience with BMW in Beverly Hills is much better than with them. They would take care the problem right away without ask too many questions. I will never bring my car back to Bob Smith again and also let all my friends know my bad experience with Bob Smitth BMW.

Bought my CPO 750i from a dealer a bit north of Bob Smith. The experience there was not good at all so I looked for a new place to service my car. After recommendation I picked Bob Smith BMW and specifically Ken. He is very knowledgeable, great to deal with and gets the problem resolved in quick and responsive manner. Issues that the other dealer kept my car for weeks and did not actually fix, Ken correctly diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue quickly. Don't expect him to pickup phone calls every time you call but that is really not needed with him. He does not miss anything. Simply describe your problem and let him do his work, you wont be disappointed. He knows more about the problem after you describe the issue than most dealers do with hours of diagnostic. I have been to service my car at this dealership several times and been happy every time. The service I have received from Ken has sold me on the dealership so much that I will buy my next BMW from BOB SMITH. They maybe slightly higher priced but you will get that and more back in long run. They took such good care of me even with the fact that car was purchased from another dealer I cant imagine ever buying a BMW from another dealer.

BOUGHT A USED CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED BMW- A WEEK LATER FOUND OUT THAT THE CAR HAD BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT WHICH WAS NEVER DISCLOSED AND YET IT SOMEHOW HAD PASSED THEIR INSPECTION- THEY HURRIED UP AND TOOK THEIR CAR BACK, PROMISING A BETTER CAR- - NEVER DELIVERED IT!!!!!! THEY LEFT US WITH A DENIED LOAN, NO LOANER CAR, BUNCH OF EXCUSES AND LIES. DO NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM BOB SMITH THEY ARE FRAUD!!!THEY SELL LEMON CARS THEY BUY THEM FROM AUCTIONS-FIX THEM UP AND MAKE INSPECTIONS PASS TO CERTIFY THEM-THEY ARE LIARS WHO SHOULD BE REGULATED. I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL THOSE WHO HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCE TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH BBB- BECAUSE I HAVE!!!

JUST LEASED A BMW FROM BOB SMITH DEALERSHIP LAST MONTH. ...
JUST LEASED A BMW FROM BOB SMITH DEALERSHIP LAST MONTH. DROVE OFF THE LOT WITH A DEEP SCRATCH ON MY REAR PASSENGER WINDOW UNNOTICED. SCRATCH WAS NOTICED BY THE WINDOW TINTING COMPANY THE NEXT DAY. AFTER THREE WEEKS OF CALLING AND LEAVING MESSAGES AND NO RESPONSES FROM THE BOB SMITH DEALERSHIP, I DROVE TO THE LOT. SALES MANAGER LOOKED AT IT LAST WEEK AND TOLD ME THAT HE WILL GET BACK TO ME IN ONE DAY. 7 DAYS LATER AND NO PHONE CALLS, I DROVE TO THE DEALERSHIP JUST TO BE TOLD THAT THEY ARE NOT GOING TO SERVICE MY CAR. THIS IS A CAR THAT THEY SOLD ME LAST MONTH. I HAVE NOT EVEN MADE MY FIRST MONTH'S PAYMENT. OBVIOUSLY BOB SMITH DEALERSHIP, WAS TOO WILLING TO TAKE MY MONEY, BUT NOOOOOOOOOOOO SERVICE FOR THE CAR THEY LEASED TO ME!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. WILL NOT EVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL. FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS AND NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.
