I received my car in March of 2025.
I received my car in March of 2025. They still have not corrected my wrong contract, which shows wrong miles per year (the contract was corrected 3 times and it is still wrong!). Their sales manager also promised to send a free wall charger which still has not been sent. The sales manager gave his word that everything would be fixed in order to stop me from asking for daily updates. The words of this dealership cannot be trusted.

After 20+ years and over 20 cars from this dealership, the new GM, Sam Yadegari, has destroyed the relationship. I was severely overcharged for a service package. When I challenged it, the GM confirmed in writing that I would be refunded. After I followed his instructions, he went completely silent and ignored multiple follow-up emails. This isn’t a simple mistake — it’s a broken promise from dealership leadership. My family currently has four Mercedes from this store, yet the GM showed zero regard for loyalty or professionalism. For two decades this dealership delivered excellent service under prior management. Now, under the current GM, integrity has collapsed. If this is how they treat their longest-standing clients, imagine how they’ll treat you. Avoid Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills.

Sam Yadegari’s response is deceptive. He confirmed in writing that he would refund the entire overcharged service package, including the portion already used, yet failed to do so and ignored multiple follow-ups until I posted publicly. For him now to deny this only highlights the unethical way this dealership is being run. After 20+ years and 25 cars purchased here, it’s shocking to see Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills deteriorate under this GM
