Return Customers for a Reason

Worked with Ed Kelly, Dave Mello and Kim Jacques to purchase a 2017 Ford Fusion, all three went above and beyond to take care of making the deal happen for the price promised despite issues that came up with my previous Chrysler lease and transfer of special plates (delayed by Chrysler). We have bought vehicles from Dave Mello from other dealerships dating back to 2004 and have bought two vehicles from Imperial itself. After continued return service (I cycle through 36-39 month leases on two vehicles) to another larger dealership in the Central Ma area we eventually we not cared for so it has been very refreshing working with Imperial and the sales staff. Follow up and following through goes a long ways these days and Imperial more than did so. I highly recommend Imperial and anyone I mentioned in my review. We have worked with Dave and Ed at both the Chrysler (previously) and Ford (recently).

Great customer service

Special kudos go out to Frank Best for his service and special attention to my need in repairing my Ford Explorer for a power train situation. He was my contact from beginning to end: kept me informed and even offered me lunch as I waited for this very long repair.

Salesman Dave Bertulli very helpful

Salesman Dave Bertulli was very helpful and answered all my questions and explained everything even after the car was purchased. Even getting book so I can read up on the 2012 ford focus so I know what all the gadgets are. Did not feel pressured in to buying the car at all. Would not hesitate to buy another car from Dave. Pam

Since moving back to area, Our family has been going to Imperial Cars in Mendon for past 4 years. We have always had exceptional customer service in sales and service of our vehicles. We have purchased 3 used cars in past 4 years, with very smooth transactions and great service and maintenance. The service team is professional, friendly, and accommodative to scheduling repairs & service. Donald Hanscom, and his colleagues Frank, and Justin have provided exceptional customer service in service team and Ron Dulac in Sales over past four years! Highly recommend team!

exceptional service

Donny Hanscom, my advisor and Chris Whitner, my technician and the complete service department were excellent. Donny was able to schedule me in with a safety issue and still manage to get it completed in a fast timely manner. He kept me informed throughout the day of the progress and explained all repairs to me and the cost affiliated with the repair. Donny turned a negative situation into a positive experience. Chris also found 1 other issue with my Explorer that needed to be handled and repaired. I couldnt be happier with the complete service experience. Thank you.

serviced dodge imperial ram 2500 2007

j have been dealing with imperial dodge services for more than five years they are by far the beast in the business Jim and all the workers at the desk are very helpful never pushy never trying too sell you something you don't need I cant say enough about Jim in service he has been a huge help and its good to know that there is still some honest good natured people still out there I will continue to buy and service my vehicles with them they are definitely the best thanks again for all you do great job guys AAAAAAAAAAA++++++++++++++

I am a frequent customer. I have my van serviced, which I purchased there, according to the recommendations. I have decided to finally recognize Don Hanscom . Don has been excellent every time I have been there. He is attentive, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Don will always work around my schedule, but most importantly I trust him. I never question his recommendation, no matter the cost because he is always right. My daughter bought a car from imperial and I will get my next van there.

ford ecoboost mustang

What a great place to buy a car ! I bought my first car 50 years ago and this is, by far, the best car buying experience that I've had . The sales person, Maaz, was friendly and accommodating and he made the whole transaction go very smooth . I love the Mustang and am having a ball with it ! Almost all of my friends and co-workers have made positive comments and of course I tell them where I bought it and what a good experience it was. Other dealerships could learn a lot from Imperial but, then again, I guess that's why they're so successful. Thanks

I was recently at Imperial on two separate occasions - service for an older vehicle and financing a new vehicle. Richard was very helpful and professional to deal with in service and Kim was very thorough, making sure that I understood all aspects of the financing available and the best option/s for me.
