Donnie is great!

Brought my 2015 F250 in for some routine maintenance, ran into a couple of unforeseen problems, and Donnie took care of me! Truck had to stay overnight, Donnie hooked me up with a loaner, and oversaw everything to be certain all was resolved in as quick a manner as possible. Donnie and Dave (mechanic) really worked to save the holiday weekend (Labor Day) for me! Very professional, courteous, and understanding!

Imperial Chevrolet

My husband and I were looking for a truck, we went to Imperial because of the large inventory. On arrival we were greeted by Mohamed Afeez, who was pleasant, knowledgeable and really listened to what my husband wanted and needed in a truck. He was able to give us several options to test drive. When the vehicle that my husband choose turned out to be a V6 and not a V8, Bruce D'Ambra the business manager, worked with us and got us the best deal on 2017 Chevy Silverado. We then met with Mr. Rami Awad who worked with us on the financial end making this a Great Experience.

ALI WAS THE BEST ALLOVER CAR SALESMAN TO ME TODAY. ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS,CONCERNS. HE SHOWED ME ALL THE CARS IN MY BUDGET ,BUT I COULDNT GET AWAY FROM THE FIRST ONE HE SHOWED ME A LOADED 2016 FUSION. AFTER A LONG TEST DRIVE, I TOLD HIM MY CONCERNS ABOUT THE CAR . GUESS WHAT THE WERE ALL TAKEN CARE OF . BEST OF ALL ITS PARKED IN MY DRIVEWAY TONIGHT! AFTER PROBABLY SETTING A RECORD OF A CUSTOMER BEING THERE THE LONGEST (7.5 HRS) . Another excellent experience with Imperial Ford!

After having been informed that my current Ford Escape was on it's "last legs", I went to Imperial Ford, where my daughter had purchased a car from Maaz within the past year. He remembered me and asked about my daughter, inquiring as to how she was enjoying the car she bought there (which she loves!) As before, I found Maaz to be very professional and respectful regarding what I was looking for and my financial parameters. He was very knowledgeable and upfront about what was available based on my criteria, answering all of my questions and providing me with plenty of information in order to make a decision. I never felt like I was being "sold". He promptly returned any phone messages I left him, and I felt well attended to by he and others at the dealership. I am now the owner of another wonderful Ford Escape and would highly recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a car, whether new or used, give Maaz a call. You will be glad that you did!

I recently leased a 2017 Ford Edge at Imperial Ford. I want to thank my salesman, Ron DuLuc for an excellent customer experience. This was my first lease and I had a lot of questions. He gave me a good education about leasing vs. buying without any pressure in either direction. The entire process from start to finish was actually enjoyable. They were accommodating in many ways. I love my new vehicle! I would highly recommend Ron and the rest of the team that I worked with at Imperial Ford. Thumbs up and five stars from me!

AWESOME PLACE

From the moment i walked in it was nothing but smiles and just absolute politeness. Ahmad was so great at helping me with EVERYTHING! he kept me posted on my car's status and was so helpful with any questions i had. when it came to the breakdown of the loan, Kim, was fantastic. she has a great personality and made me feel absolutely comfortable and helped me find the best deal to suit my needs and my situation. i really thank all of you for your kindness and for your help. super awesome place!!! i will defiantly be returning when i'm ready for another car.

Great place to buy a first vehicle, or third one.

This is the third time I'm purchasing a vehicle from Dave Bertulli, he know how to make the experience hassle free. This is also the second time I'm buying a Mustang from Dave at Imperial Ford. When it came to the finance part of the deal, Kim Jacques for the second time, worked wonders for me. They both made the process great and always explain and break everything down for you. I highly recommend stopping by and talking to Dave Bertulli or any of the other friendly sales staff. Not to mention the great Miss Mendon diner, that is there on the dealership lot. Ford guy

Every vehicle buying experience is awesome!!

Fantastic Experience

On a Friday on my way home from work, I got into an accident with my 2004, F250 Diesel Pickup, and thank god I did not get hurt. That truck save my life no doubt about it. Now not knowing if it was totaled or not, I stopped at Imperial Ford, and that is where I met Darren Chamberlin. Told him my story, and he right away put me at ease, and said the car can be replaced you cannot so lets see if we can locate you a truck you will love. He showed me a truck I loved right away, we brought it to my house where he met my wife, and saw my Mustang GT in the garage, and it was history from there. Based on his experience of being one of the best salesmen I have ever dealt with I bought a truck. Now that shows a good salesman. Most wonderful experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. No pressure, and if ever in need of another vehicle I will be looking for Darren.

Excellent Experience

We have bought many vehicles from Imperial Ford and send all our family and friends there. The costumer service is like no other. We always ask for the same salesman Ali and Mike the sales manager are like no other. I give them 5 stars always!!
