My service advisor, Ms.

My service advisor, Ms. Stephanie Zeljeznja, is well on her way to becoming a seasoned service advisor and a pleasure to work with. However, I do believe that previous service manager(s) were detrimental to the performance of CFH's service department as a whole. The recent hiring of Ms. Janel Boone as service manager is a win-win not only for CFH's service department but for your customers as well. With Janel as service manager, I am confident that Stephanie along with other service advisors will continue to move forward with offering your customers unparalleled service.
